VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can corn
2 cans Veg-All
1 can English peas
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can chestnuts
1 pkg. Ritz or Saltines
1 stick butter

Mix vegetables together; add cheese, mayonnaise in casserole dish. Crush crackers; sprinkle over top. Pour melted butter over crackers.
