EASY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen combo of broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Cracker crumbs

Parboil vegetables about 5 minutes. Drain well. Add and mix water chestnuts. Melt butter and pour over top and sprinkle with cubed cheese. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
