VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can sm. green peas
1 can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can water chestnuts
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can whole mushrooms, drained
1/2 box Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Drain all canned vegetables. Mix all ingredients together except cheese, crackers and butter. Crumble 1/2 box Ritz crackers and mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Put on top of casserole with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. This makes a large casserole. For smaller casseroles, use small cans.
