1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour, sifted
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add 3 cups apples, peeled and finely cut. Add 1 cup of raisins and some nuts. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
