SPECIAL BEEF TENDERLOIN
1/2 beef tenderloin
1 c. burgundy
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. Campbell's mushroom soup
Kitchen bouquet to brown the sauce

Place beef tenderloin in covered roasting pan at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Then add 1 cup burgundy to the meat and raise oven temperature to 325 degrees. When meat is tender, add sliced fresh mushrooms and brown a little, then remove meat and place on platter. Add mushroom soup to meat juice and kitchen bouquet until thick as you like sauce. Slice meat and pour burgundy sauce over slices. Delicious.
