1 lb. lean ground beef
4 medium potatoes, sliced
4 medium onions, sliced

Make four beef patties. Place on individual pieces of aluminum foil. On top of meat, place slices of potatoes and onions. Wrap each patty securely and bake 25 minutes or until done at 300°F.

Yields 4 servings.
