FANTASTIC PIZZA CRUST 
3 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt (or less)
3 tbsp. oil
3 3/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water (never forget the sugar). Let stand a few minutes while you measure out the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything together and beat vigorously (about 20 strokes). Let rest 5 minutes. Pat into pan.

While oven is preheating to 425 degrees, let it sit on warm oven and watch it rise. Put on your favorite toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts. This is for crust lovers only. (For crisp under crust, spray pan lightly with oil and dust with corn meal.) Makes 1 large pizza.
