UNCOOKED CANDY | |
2 sticks butter 2 lb. confectioners' sugar 2 c. ground or finely chopped pecans 2 c. coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits 1/8 lb. paraffin wax Melt butter; add next 4 ingredients. Shape into desired shapes; place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet to harden. Melt chocolate bits and paraffin over hot water. Dip balls or bars into chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper to set. |
