GRILLED LAKE TROUT 
1/2 trout

Fillet out trout but leave skin on. Lay skin side ON GRILL (medium heat). Don't burn. Grill 30-40 minutes.

Baste with sauce. Lay thin sliced onion and thin sliced lemon on top of trout while grilling.

SAUCE FOR LAKE TROUT:

1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. oyster sauce

Mix. Save sauce and use on fish when serving.
