KENTUCKY LAKE PECAN BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 1 egg 3 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 heaping tbsp. butter 1 c. broken pecans 1 c. milk Cream butter and sugar. Stir in the milk and egg, mixing well. Dust pecans with 1/4 cup flour. Stir remaining flour and other dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until begins to leave sides of pan. |
