HAM AND CHEESE BUNS 
Sesame seed hamburger buns
Sliced packaged ham, or slice cooked ham paper thin
Slices of Jack, Swiss, or cheddar cheese
Poppy seed or toasted sesame seed
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Dry onion

Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, and poppy or sesame seeds. Spread this sauce on the bottom buns. Top with 3-4 slices of ham per bun. Add a slice of cheese. Bake in the sandwiches for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave it for 30 seconds.

These sandwiches can be frozen and reheated. One (5-6 pound) ham and 1 ribbon loaf of cheese equals 70 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
