PEA PICK'N CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. pecans

Mix together well. Pour into 3 prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

FILLING AND ICING:

2 boxes pineapple instant pudding mix
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 box Cool Whip

Mix pineapple with pudding mix. Add Cool Whip and mix with blender. Spread between layers and on top.
