1 box. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. oil
11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs

Mix well and bake in 3 layers for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

ICING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 lg. Cool Whip
