1 box yellow butter recipe cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix and bake at 350 degrees.

ICING:

Mix 1 box French Vanilla instant pudding, 1 large carton Cool Whip, 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple and juice. Spread on cooled cake.
