1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Combine above ingredients. Mix with electric mixer until oranges chopped finally, at least 2 minutes.

Pour in 9x13 pan (ungreased). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until set.

FROSTING:

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 bowl (tub) Cool Whip, semi-frozen
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Whisk together with wire whisk. Frost cake and refrigerate.
