BLENDER FROSTIES 
1/2 c. skim milk
1-2 packets Equal to taste
1 banana
2-3 tbsp. peanut butter
3-5 ice cubes, crushed

Variations: Any fruit, frozen is best; honey; diet drinks.

Add to blender one ingredients at a time. Adjust proportions for desired consistency. Frozen fruit can reduce ice needed. Juice can replace all or part of milk.
