BLUEBERRY BANANA - NUT SOUR
DOUGH BREAD
 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. blueberries

Blend sugar and butter until creamy; beat in eggs. Add 1 cup sourdough mixture, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Combine 3 tablespoons milk, banana and vanilla. Mix well and add to mixture, beat batter well after each addition. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into a well greased pan.

Bake at 350°F degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 1 loaf.
