BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (cranberries)
1 1/2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. sugar + 1/4 c. sweetener
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8" square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir flour, baking powder and soda. Stir in blueberries (cranberries). In another medium bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until smooth, stir dry ingredients into banana mixture. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes. Serves 16, equaling 1/2 bread, 1 fat and 50 calories. Can be made into 16 muffins.
