CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 can corn beef
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip
3 eggs, hard boiled, cut very fine
1 c. celery, finely diced
3 tsp. green pepper, finely minced
3 tsp. pimiento, finely minced
2 tsp. onion, finely minced

Cool Jello and shred corn beef very fine. Combine all ingredients. Pour into mold and chill until very firm. May be made day before time to be served. Serves 10.
