1 c. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 c. apples

Place all ingredients except fruit in blender. Blend well for 1 minute. Stir in fruit by hand. Bake on greased griddle using 1/4 cup butter per pancake.
