GOLDEN DELIGHT SALAD 
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
1 can pineapple tidbits, save juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 sliced bananas

TOPPING:

Pineapple juice & enough water to equal 1 c.
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 sm. whipping cream
Grated cheese

Mix Jello as directed on box. Let start to set. Mix drained pineapple, nuts, marshmallows and bananas, add to Jello. Let firm completely.

For topping, mix pineapple juice and water, flour, sugar and egg. Cook until thick. Cool. Add to whipped cream, spread on Jello and spread grated cheese on top.
