1 c. cream style cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Cook on grill or in frying pan like regular pancakes. Very light.
