EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lb. stew meat, browned with salt and pepper, drained
About 4 potatoes, peeled, cut in large chunks
About 4 carrots, cleaned, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 tbsp. minced onion or onion flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Water
Salt and pepper

Brown meat, drain, add vegetables, soups and water, then cover. Simmer for several hours until all is tender and liquid cooks down to gravy consistency. Serve with baking powder biscuits or Bisquick biscuits. This recipe can be adjusted to larger amounts according to your taste, etc. Just be sure to use more cans of soup to get plenty of gravy.
