EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lb. beef, cubed
3 tsp. quick tapioca
1/2 c. catsup
2 c. beef stock or 2 beef cubes & 2 c. water
2 stems celery, cut
4 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, cut in chunks
1 onion, cut
Parsley, basil, salt & pepper to taste

Cook 3 1/2 hours in 375 degree oven. Serves 4.
