QUICK AND EASY BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
1 can whole tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. frozen vegetables (can use fresh)
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
