QUICK & EASY BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
2 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. red wine

Place all ingredients in a large casserole and cook slowly at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
