QUICK AND EASY BEEF STEW | |
1 1/2 lbs. to 2 lbs. of stewing beef 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed 2 carrots, sliced 2 to 3 celery stalks, sliced 1 can tomato soup 1 can French onion soup Mix all ingredients together. Put in 2 quart casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Can also be put in crock pot on high for 4 hours. |
