TEX - MEX DIP 
1 can spicy refried beans
3 med. size avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. bunch green onions with tops, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded & chopped
2 cans sliced olives
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Large round tortilla chips

Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Mash avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

To Layer: Spread beans on a large shallow serving platter. Top with avocado mixture. Layer with sour cream-taco mixture. Sprinkle onions, then tomatoes, then olives, then cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with round tortilla chips.
