TEX/MEX BEAN DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. taco seasoning
2 (15 oz.) cans refried beans
1 lb. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients and put in 9 x 14 inch (or equivalent) glass pan. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees. Good with tortilla chips. Can halve recipe.
