3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 cans ripe olives
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix. Layer as follows: bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream, green onions, tomatoes, olives. top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
