2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. diced onions 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 16 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt & pepper CRUMBS: 2 c. crushed corn flakes 2 tbsp. butter, softened Mix together hash browns, butter, onions, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Combine corn flakes and softened butter. Add crumb mixture on top. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes. |
