CRUNCHY VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. anchovy paste

Mix together and serve with celery and carrot sticks.
