CROWNED MEAT LOAVES 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onions
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. milk
1 egg
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
Paprika

Combine all ingredients but potatoes and paprika. Mix thoroughly, but lightly. Shape into individual (4) loaves; place on rack in shallow baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, sprinkle with paprika and serve. Makes 4 servings.
