RHUBARB DESSERT 
Crust:

1 stick of butter
1 cup flour,
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press into pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Filling:

2 1/2 cups rhubarb chopped fine
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1/2 cup cream

Mix well. Pour onto baked crust.

Bake 350°F for 40 minutes.

Beat 3 egg whites (till thick) then add 6 tbsp. sugar (2 at a time). Beat well add 1 tsp. vanilla and little salt. Put on baked layers 1 and 2.

Bake until Brown at 350°F, 10-15 minutes.
