RHUBARB DREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar or 1/3 c.
1/2 c. butter

Filling:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
salt
2 c. rhubarb, cut fine

Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter like a pie crust and pat into a 7 1/2 x 11-inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.

Mix together ingredients for filling and pour over crust.

Bake 35 minutes at 350°F.
