TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can kidney or pinto beans
1 1/2 heads of lettuce
10+ oz. of mild Cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 or 3 lg. tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
1 pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
Deluxe French dressing

Fry meat and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain off grease. Combine all ingredients and mix in French dressing to taste.
