SALMON ROLL 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 can salmon

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter add water gradually. Place on floured board and knead lightly. Roll into rectangle. Spread with flaked salmon and beaten egg. Roll like a jelly roll and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve plain or with sauce made with white sauce and chopped olives.
