SALMON ROLL 
1 can red salmon (16 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 drops liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
Crackers

Combine salmon, cream cheese and liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Shape into ball or a long roll. Roll in mixture of parsley and pecans. Roll up in plastic wrap or wax paper. Chill to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.
