ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Garlic salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. tomato paste or catsup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 tsp. oregano, finely crumbled

Mix bread crumbs, milk, garlic salt, and beef together. Pat evenly into a 9 inch pie plate, pressing firmly on rim. Spread tomato paste over meat mixture. Arrange mushrooms on tomato paste. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle oregano over cheese. Complete with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until meat is baked and cheese is lightly browned. Serves 4 to 5.
