ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 deep dish pie crust (frozen), cooked
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes. Stir in water, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce mix. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle half of Parmesan over bottom of pie shell, then half of meat mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over meat. Layer with remaining meat and Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes on cookie sheet. Sprinkle top with remaining Mozzarella. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
