ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
4 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese or both

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a regular pie pan with the crescent rolls to form a crust. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet or microwave. Drain off grease. Add tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings. Pour into pie pan, top with cheese and bake 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
