ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Add green pepper and cook a few minutes. Stir in water, paste, and spaghetti sauce mix. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Spread 1/2 meat mixture in shell. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over meat. Place remaining meat and Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
