2 eggs
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla or brandy
Flour

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, cream, salt and flavorings. Add flour to make dough. Roll thin and cut into diamond shapes. Fry in hot oil until light brown.
