PEACH BUTTER 
5 c. chopped peaches
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir. Uncover and cook all night (8-10 hours). Mixture will thicken. Pour into jars and seal. Enjoy.
