VINAIGRETTE SALMON BEAN SALAD 
2 green onions, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can sm. drained white beans
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained & separated
1 celery rib, thinly sliced

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

In small bowl with fork mix dressing. In medium bowl lightly toss green onions, beans, salmon and celery. Just before serving add dressing and toss lightly. Arrange on lettuce with celery and green onion flowers.
