SHIPWRECK STEW | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 6 med. potatoes, sliced 6 carrots, sliced 3 stalks celery, sliced 1 can tomato soup 1 can mushroom soup Brown beef and onion. Put into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Layer potatoes, carrots and then celery. Pour tomato soup and then mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
