SHIPWRECK STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. sliced onions
3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. kidney beans, canned

SAUCE:

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown hamburger over medium heat. Drain off fat. Arrange in layers 1/2 onions, potatoes, meat, rice, celery and kidney beans. Repeat from onions; set aside.

Blend well all sauce ingredients. Pour over meat-vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
