BUFFALO WINGS (THE ORIGINAL
WINGS)
 
These wings are very spicy hot.

1 pkg. chicken wings
garlic powder, for sprinkling
3-4 tbsp. olive oil

In a skillet with oil, brown the wings on low-medium heat.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Place wings on sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Prepare sauce (see below). Uncover, baste the wings with hot sauce then raise the temperature to 450°F for 10 minutes, or until brown.

Serve with Bleu cheese or Ranch dressing.

BUFFALO SAUCE:

1 cup Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1-2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Mix together hot sauce, cayenne pepper, Tabasco (if using) and butter in a saucepan until well incorporated.
