CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 oz. yeast
3/4 c. water
6 c. flour
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. flavoring

Place sugar, salt, shortening in bowl and mix for one minute. Add eggs, milk and yeast (dissolved in water) and blend. Add flour and flavoring and mix about one minute.

PAN GLAZE:

1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. flavoring

Cream together sugar and butter. Add syrup and flavoring, brush on pan.

CINNAMON SUGAR:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix together and sprinkle on dough.
