SPINACH SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. freshly cooked or frozen (drained) spinach
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, diced
1 lb. cottage cheese
6 beaten eggs

Thaw frozen spinach and drain or cook fresh until limp; drain well. Sift flour and baking powder into butter (melted in saucepan); combine until smooth. Add spinach and diced cheese. Stir in cottage cheese and eggs. Stir just until mixed well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
